Welcome to the 2010 - 2011 Soccer Season!
U11 Select Parents,
Please find the date and time for your team meeting below. At your team meeting (parent’s only) you will be completing team and player registration, paying team fees, signing up for team volunteer positions and electing a team representative.
Player Registration
- On-line registration is completed by going to FCA Registration and creating or signing into your member account.
- Be sure that all your information is complete which includes parents info, medical insurance, etc.
- Acknowledge the waivers and notices and set up the payment plan by checking the Auto Payment Plan box or you can elect to pay in full.
- Please complete registration by Monday, May 17th. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your player registration/medical release form attached.
- Please print this form, sign and bring to the team formation meeting.
What to bring to the meeting,
- Signed Player Registration / Medical Release Form,
- Copy of player’s birth certificate (or passport),
- Check for initial team fee (to be made payable to team treasurer) and
- Volunteer role you would like to fill - volunteer descriptions
Club Fees
- Fees can be paid in full or you can set up the monthly payment plan by checking the Auto Payment Plan box when registering.
- Your member account provides you information regarding your balance, allows you to change your credit card information or pay your fees in full at any time during the year.
2010 - 2011 FCA fees and payment schedule
Player Fee: $495
Team Fee: $50-$100
Uniforms: $78.50 for the full kit plus tax
Payment Plan
Initial Payment $235
4 Auto-Payments: $65 / month (10th of each month)
Due at Team Formation: $50 (Team Fee - Paid to Team Treasurer)
Due at Uniform Night: payment by check or credit/debit card at Soccer West Woodinville Uniform Order Form
Scholarships are available for hardship situations. Download the Scholarship Form and mail or bring to the team formation meeting.
