FCA has a zero tolerance policy regarding the unlawful use or possession of drugs, alcohol and tobacco. Players using or in possession of these controlled substances at FCA activities must appear before the FCA Executive Committee within 15 days with a parent and their coach to determine an appropriate remedy.

The FCA Executive Committee shall maintain broad discretion to fashion an appropriate remedy including but not limited to expulsion, suspension, probation, and counseling. The FCA Executive Committee’s findings in each instance will be final.
