U10 Developmental Parents,

Below is player fee/registration information and the date and time of your team formation meeting:

2011 - 2012 FCA Fees and Payment Schedule

Club Fee: $1,423

Volunteer Fee: $50; refundable upon completion of commitment view
Team Fee: $100-$300

Practice T-Shirt: $10.95 (including tax)
Uniforms: $244.90 (including tax) for the full kit - new uniforms this year. Uniforms will be ordered online through Soccer West. 

Optional Club Fee Payment Plan:
Initial Payment: $330 (Initial $280 NYSA fee and $50 volunteer fee)
9 Auto-Payments: $127/month (1st of each month, June - February, $2/month processing fee)

Due at Team Formation: Checks for $100 Team Fee payable to the Team Treasurer and $10.95 for a practice t-shirt payable to Soccer West

Scholarships are available for hardship situations. Download the Scholarship Form and mail to the FCA administrator or bring to the team formation meeting.

Player Registration 

• Online registration is completed by going to FCA Registration and creating or signing in to your existing member account. Players requesting scholarships should also complete online registration.
• Be sure that all your information is complete and up to date, including parent’s info, medical insurance information, etc.
• Acknowledge the waivers and notices and pay in full or set up the optional payment plan by checking the Auto Payment Plan box ($2/month processing fee applies).
• Your member account provides you information regarding your fee balance, allows you to change your credit card information or pay your fees in full at any time during the year.
• Please complete registration by Wednesday, 5/4. You will receive an email confirmation with your player registration/medical release form attached.
• Please print this form, sign and bring to the team formation meeting.

Team Formation Meeting

At your meeting you will be completing team and player registration, paying team fees, ordering and paying for practice t-shirts, assigning player numbers, signing up for team volunteer positions and electing a Team Representative.

What to Bring to the Meeting:

• Signed Player Registration/Medical Release Form,
• Copy of player’s birth certificate (or passport),
• Check for initial team fee payable to team treasurer,
• Check for practice t-shirt payable to Soccer West, and
• Volunteer role you would like to fill - Volunteer Descriptions

Uniform Ordering 

Uniform Fitting Night at Soccer West in Redmond:

GU10 – Thursday, 5/12, 7:00-8:00 pm

BU10 – Thursday, 5/12, 8:00-9:00 pm

Bring your Uniform Order Form to Soccer West on your fitting night and note the sizes you need. Return home and place your uniform order online at the Soccer West online ordering site. Payment will be made by debit/credit card. If you cannot make payment online or must pay by check please contact your Team Uniform Coordinator.

We are collecting gently used soccer gear to donate to the NYSA community outreach program “NYSA Soccer for Everyone” at the Soccer West uniform fitting nights. A collection box is located in the store for donations.
