2012-2013 FCA BU16-BU18 Player Fees and Payment Schedule
Player Fee: $ 1,945
Payment Plan:
Initial Payment: $330 ($280 Northshore Youth Soccer Association fee and $50 volunteer fee*)
9 Auto-Payments: $185 per month (payable the 10th of each month, April - December, $2/month processing fee)
*Volunteer Fee: $50; refundable upon completion of commitment view
Other Player Expenses
Team Fee: $100-$300
White Practice T-Shirt: $12.00 (including tax)
Uniforms: $260.40 (including tax) for the full kit (two jerseys, shorts, two pairs of socks, warm-ups and backback)
Due at Team Formation: $100 Team Fee - Paid to Team Treasurer
Scholarships are available for hardship situations. Download the Scholarship Form and mail to the FCA administrator or bring to the team formation meeting.
Player Registration
- Online registration is completed by going to FCA Registration and creating or signing in to your existing member account.
- Be sure that all your information is complete and up to date, including parent’s info, medical insurance information, etc.
- Acknowledge the waivers and notices and set up the payment plan by checking the Auto Payment Plan box or you can elect to pay fees in full.
- Your member account provides you information regarding your balance, allows you to change your credit card information or pay your fees in full at any time during the year.
- Please complete registration as soon as possible after accepting a position on the team. You will receive an email confirmation with your player registration/medical release form attached.
- Please print this form, sign and bring to the team formation meeting that will be scheduled by your coach and team manager.
Team Formation
At your team formation meeting you will be completing team and player registration, paying team fees, signing up for team volunteer positions and electing a Team Representative.
What to bring to the meeting:
- Signed Player Registration/Medical Release Form,
- Copy of player’s birth certificate or passport,
- Check for initial team fee payable to team treasurer,
- Volunteer role you would like to fill - Volunteer Descriptions
Uniforms
Uniforms will be ordered online through the Soccer West ordering site. The team uniform coordinator will get an account/login set up for each player. Payment will be made by debit/credit card. If you cannot make payment online or must pay by check please contact your Team Uniform Coordinator. Uniform fittings can be done at Soccer West in Redmond after your team formation meeting has been held. Soccer West requests that you come in for fittings 6-8 pm Monday-Saturday.
