Team Tournament Requests
Send your team tournament list to FC Alliance Administrator, Kim Mastan, at kmastan@fcalliance.net

Please include the following for all tournaments on your list:

   1. Tournament Name
   2. City
   3. Dates
   4. Cost

   5. Application Deadline

Tournaments will be reviewed by the FC Alliance Coaching Directors. The Coaching Directors will review the tournament selections for level of play, travel, # of tournaments, out-of-state travel, etc. If you are asking for an exception to the tournament guidelines (stated above), the matter will need the approval of the Executive Committee, which will delay the approval process.

Tournament Applications

Once your tournaments are approved you may request a tournament roster for your application. If you need a signed roster with your tournament application let Kim know if it needs to be signed by the club registrar or association registrar. If a signature is not required and you have no guest players your team manager can provide a roster from the Bonzi team site.

 Final Tournament Rosters

Your final roster to be turned in the day of the tournament will most likely need to be signed by the association registrar. The week of the tournament email Kim kmastan@fcalliance.net your final tournament roster form no later than Monday. The tournament roster form can be found on the FCA website under Tournaments and Trophies.

 Indicate any guest players on the roster and provide Kim with the guest player’s(s’) current team(s).

 Please list players alphabetically by last name.

FCA will review your roster and submit to NYSA for the association registrar’s signature. You will receive a signed pdf tournament roster via email no later than Thursday prior to the tournament. (Do not request a tournament roster via www.northshoresoccer.org)

Guest Players
If a guest player did not play in WSYSA in the prior season, they will need to be added to WSYSA and pay the insurance fee to take part in any tournament. This can take several days so plan accordingly. Contact Kim for more information.

Summer tournaments are during the open season and guest players can be used. It is highly recommended that if a guest player is rostered to another team that you have coach approval.

If you participate in a tournament during your league season a guest player will have to have a guest player form signed by both team coaches. Contact Kim for more information.

Out-Of-State Tournaments

Contact Kim regarding any necessary out-of-state travel documents.

Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time for all tournament rosters to go through the approval process. They must be submitted no later than Monday the week of the tournament.  Signed rosters will be sent via e-mail no later than Thursday the week of the tournament.
